Product introduction

   After being calcining, finished products can be used for paper making industry, ceramic, rubber, chemical industry, coating and national defense. Some high-tech enterprises starts adopts a great amount of kaolin as new materials. Even, atomic reactor, space shuttle and space crafts adopt kaolin as their high temperature-resistance components. In addition, kaolin holds advantages of whiteness, softness and easy dispersion. Kaolin is characterized by good plasticity, good insulating property, acid soluble resistance and good fire resistance quality. As a result, kaolin’s development becomes more and more important. Calcium aluminate rotary kiln is a major piece of equipment to deal with kaolin.
   Generally speaking, the temperature of rotary kiln should reach to over 950 degrees in the calcining process.Calcium aluminate rotary kiln is also called kaolin calcining kiln. Meanwhile, Calcium aluminate rotary kiln can also be used for calcining bauxite, magnesium and zinc. Calcium aluminate rotary kiln holds advantages of high output capacity, less quick-wear parts, simple operation, stable performance, high running rate, even finished products. Therefore, it is a kind of main device for processing kaolin. Meanwhile, it is also widely applied to metallurgy, chemical industry and building industry. Calcium aluminate is a kind of high-level bauxite and limestone raw material. Calcium aluminate can be grinded into pellets, calcined and cooled according to a certain proportion. At present, it has been widely applied to chemical industry, environmental protection and sludge treatment. Calcium aluminate holds features of no absorbing moisture, no pulverization and no going bad during the storage and transportation process. The mineral composition and premelting aluminum calcium content are almost the same. The raw materials of calcium aluminate is composed of limestone and bauxite. Matters formed after calcining are mainly Ca and Ca2. Finished products can be used as purifier, expanding agent and refractory material. Finished products are characterized by good effects and economic profits.

Structure of Calcium Aluminate Rotary Kiln

Calcium aluminate rotary kiln is mainly composed of outer shell, roller, mobile kiln head, sealing device at kiln head. The running process is easy to control. The main parts of calcium aluminate rotary kiln are cylinder, support device, transmission device, mobile kiln head and combustion device. Zhengzhou Taida calcium aluminate rotary kiln is characterized by simple structure, reliable running and stable production process.

Working principle of calcium aluminate rotary kiln:

Raw materials will be fed into kiln end through belt scale, belt coveyor, stability bunker, storage, air-lock valve. There is only stable material storage equipped at kiln end in order to reduce investment. After entering calcium aluminate rotary kiln, iron ore will be heated first. Raw ore will move towards in the opposite direction of hot air in kiln. In heating area, raw ore will be heated to certain temperature and enter to reduction area. The central temperature of flame should be controlled at about 1000 degree.  The temperature of hot air in reduction area should be controlled at about 700 degree and react with reduced coal gas. After that, hot air will enter cooling area and meet with coal gas which will be preheated. After being cooled, mineral ore will be discharged out of the calcium aluminate rotary kiln. After being water cooled, materials will be sent to storage for being chosen.

Application of calcium aluminate rotary kiln

Besides being applied to calcining, calcium aluminate rotary kiln can be also applied to ceramic sand, clay, yellow mud, river sludge, coal slurry, furnace slag, dolomite, bauxite, refractory material, limestone, active carbon, zinc oxide and special cement.
