Temperature will reach to 950 to 1050 degree in ceramic sand rotary kiln. In the running process, temperature will be adjusted according to the amount of materials in order to realize ideal aim.
Ceramic sand rotary kiln is composed of rotary cylinder, support device, catch wheel device, kiln head, kiln tail sealing device and coal injection device. In the process, the kiln body should maintain a certain inclination with horizontal level. The whole kiln body is supported by riding wheel support device. There is also catch wheel device to control the up and down movement of kiln body. Besides main transmission device, there is also auxiliary device which can protect kiln body and guarantee slow rotation. Kiln head adopts shell cover seal. There is axial contact sealing device at kiln tail, which can guarantee reliable seal performance.
