Clinker Rotary Kiln
The thermal purpose in the production of clinker rotary kiln is to decide how much fuels will be consumed, analyze the heat balance of combustion system and determine the thermal efficiency in order to find good ways to reduce heat consumption.

According to customers’ specific requests, cement clinker can be matched with coal gasifier, combustion chamber, bucket elevator, belt conveyor, constant feeder, cyclone dust collector and induced draft fan. The main body of cylinder is mainly composed of cylinder, front roller ring, rear roller ring, gear, catch wheel, roller, touch roller, pinion, discharging part, lifter, reducer, motor, hot air duct, feed chute, furnace body and etc.
Clinker rotary kiln holds High level of mechanization and high output capacity. It can also be operated continuously.
Clinker rotary kiln is with simple structure and easy operation. Materials can steadily get through the cylinder.
Less malfunctions, less maintenance cost and less energy consumption;
Clinker powder will be sent to rotary kiln first. The initial moisture content is about 1% to 2%. Thus, a great amount of heat to drying clinker. Dry production process can definitely produce cement raw materials with good quality. New type rotary kiln carries out the preheating of clinker powder and decomposition of carbonate outside the kiln. This method not only holds high thermal efficiency, but also release the load of rotary kiln. Compared with wet type rotary kiln, its thermal efficiency can be increased to higher than 60%. The output capacity of rotary kiln is expanded as well. Finished products from clinker rotary kiln are with good quality. The temperature in the rotary kiln is high. Therefore, the clinker can be cooled very fast. Clinker rotary kiln can be applied to calcine clinkers with high aluminum silicate content, high saturation ratio and high alumina rate.
