Zinc-oxide rotary kiln will crush zinc furnace material and coke into small particles (which is lower than 40 meshes). Mix the zinc furnace materials and coke in a proper proportion. Then, make the mixture into materials with size of 8 to 15 mm. finally, send particle mixture to rotary kiln for steel making process. If the materials or industrial slags hold 15% to 25% zinc content, coke and fuel coals can be greatly reduced. Zinc-oxide rotary kiln holds high output capacity and good final quality.
Mixed the zinc charging with the coke coal pro rate of 0.30 to 1.35 evenly and make the mixture into granule with diameter being 8 to 15mm
In the end, put the granule into the brick kiln to smelt and produce zinc oxide
