Kiln cylinder is rotary kiln’s body is rolled and welded by steel plate. Kiln body is made of high quality carbon steel or alloy steel plate rolling and automatic welding; 

Big gear structure strong, stable operation
Big gear ring by tangential spring board connects with kiln cylinder, the big gear ring, hanging on the kiln cylinder coupling structure can make the big gear ring and kiln cylinder leave enough heat dissipation space, and can reduce the kiln shell bending deformation influence on the meshing accuracy, also can have the effect of shock absorption, is helpful to prolong the life of kiln lining.

Big Kiln speed, high capacity
Under the advanced technology condition of rotary kiln’s heat recovery system, kiln speed increase, output per unit volume increase.

Good sealing effect, full use of preheating
Seal structure use labyrinth and contact-type two types, the contact-type divide into flake type, graphite block type, cylinder slip-ring type, and other types. Good system sealing effect, make full use of waste heat, easy and effective environmental protection and dedusting, truly achieve the clinker quality, burning low heat consumption.
